Grill 212/Uncomplicated Cuisine

Dining at Grill 212 is about family, friends, business and community. It's about having a comfortable, casual place to gather and experience hospitality, service, and value.

Chef John's "uncomplicated cuisine" is a casual, from scratch, eclectic menu featuring American standards, past hotel favorites, appetizers, smaller plates, sandwiches, salads and lighter dinners. Better children's offerings, weekly specials, vegetarian and gluten free options are part of this work in progress.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the main floor in the lobby, dining rooms and bar.

Big Cally's Bar/Interesting Choices

Named for John's father, Big Cally, the bar features an adventurous and moderately priced wine list by the glass from the USA, Europe, South America, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Value bottle offerings as well as designer label wines are available.

Craft beers, classics, and trendies round out the alcoholic beverage choices.  Watch for monthly features and special events.

Hours:

• Big Cally's Bar opens at 4:30 pm
• Grill 212 opens at 5 pm
• Open for lunch at 12 pm on Saturdays
• Open for Sunday breakfast 9am - 1pm

Business Meetings and Retreats

Meeting space is available for groups of 4 - 18 people set up Board Room style.  The space is quiet and private. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, conference call capabilities, fireplaces, and flexible meal and beverage options.

For a lively, interactive experience, inquire about Chef John's lively "Team Building through Cooking" Seminars.

Hotel Guest rooms can accommodate from 6 - 22 people depending on occupancy. 

Events

The Garden Room overlooks an enclosed outdoor garden and can hold up to 30 people for a standing reception, and 40 people seated. Group dinners with full bar service are available. Group brunches and lunches may be arranged if minimum charges are met.

Weddings

When it comes to weddings, bigger is not always better.  We provide an intimate, charming location for your special wedding day dinner.  Stay overnight with us and have a gift opening brunch the next morning.
